Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Linkiz. They're written plainly and reflect how the product actually works today.

Last updated: July 1, 2026

Good faith

These terms are provided in good faith and are being finalized with counsel — questions to admin@aimasterz.com.

1. Who these terms are with

Linkiz is operated by AImasterz LLC, based in Bellevue, Washington (“Linkiz”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you (“you”, the “customer”) agree to these terms on behalf of the business you represent. Contact: admin@aimasterz.com.

2. What Linkiz does

Linkiz is an AI front office for local businesses. It can answer from your own website content, capture leads, support Lead Gen follow-up, support request-to-book workflows, text back missed callers, send appointment reminders, and send post-visit review requests when the required setup and consent are in place. Linkiz is designed to answer from your own content rather than inventing facts.

3. It is not professional advice

Read this carefully

Linkiz is a front desk, not a professional adviser. Its answers are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for your own confirmation with a visitor. The AI can be wrong or incomplete. You and your visitors should verify important facts — appointments, prices, eligibility, anything that matters — directly with your business before relying on them.

4. Trial and founding pricing

Founding businesses may start with a 14-day trial. After the trial, the founding offer is $297 per location each month unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Checkout is processed by Stripe and collects a payment method before the trial starts.

You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. After paid billing starts, cancellation stops future renewals; partial-month refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or agreed in writing.

5. Your responsibilities

By using Linkiz, you agree that:

  • You own or control the website you connect, and you may let Linkiz read and index its public content.
  • The content is yours to use this wayand does not infringe anyone else's rights.
  • Your site content is accurate. Because Linkiz answers from your pages, the quality of its answers depends on the quality of what you publish. Keep your hours, pricing, and details current.
  • You will honor and follow up on the leads Linkiz sends you, and handle any personal information in those leads responsibly and in line with applicable law.
  • You are responsible for SMS consent. Before Linkiz sends texts to a person on your behalf, you must have the consent or other legal basis required for that message type, keep appropriate records, and promptly tell us if consent is withdrawn outside the product.

6. SMS and phone workflows

Linkiz supports operational SMS workflows such as missed-call follow-up, appointment reminders, and review requests. You agree not to use Linkiz to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited text messages, and not to upload rented, purchased, or shared opt-in lists.

Linkiz includes STOP/START/HELP-style opt-out handling and stores opt-out records so future sends to that number are blocked. If a person asks to stop receiving texts by another reasonable method, such as calling or emailing your business, you must honor that request and notify us or update the relevant records before further automated sends.

Carrier and A2P 10DLC registration requirements may apply before SMS is enabled. You must provide accurate business, campaign, and consent information for registration and ongoing compliance.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Linkiz to:

  • break the law or infringe others' rights;
  • mislead or defraud your visitors, or present the AI as a licensed professional;
  • upload or solicit sensitive personal data through the widget (see our Privacy Policy);
  • send spam, marketing blasts, or any SMS that lacks the required consent, disclosures, or opt-out mechanism;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service, or to access data that isn't yours.

8. Your data and ours

You keep ownership of your content and your leads. We process them to run your front office, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your data to train AI models. You grant us the limited permission needed to read your site, index it, operate the widget, and deliver leads to you.

9. Service availability

We work hard to keep Linkiz running, but during early access the service is provided “as is”and may change, have downtime, or be updated as we improve it. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkiz is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost leads, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Because the AI can be wrong, you are responsible for verifying facts and for the decisions your business makes based on its answers. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You can stop using Linkiz and ask us to close your account at any time by emailing admin@aimasterz.com. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service. On termination, you can ask us to delete your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product matures. When we make a meaningful change, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, let you know.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless applicable law requires a different venue. Any questions about these terms can be sent to admin@aimasterz.com.
